Present in technological advancement, MetalsolutionsH7 has the latest technology CNC machines, so we invest in equipment of the MAZAK brand, this type of equipment allows to produce highly complex components with precision, perform productions in Serie with excellent finishes and the use of 3D drawings, increasing the degree of efficiency and efficacy.

Our machinery park consists of 3 centers and 2 lathes, these equipments allow machining of parts with maximum of X = 1120mm, Y = 490mm, Z = 500mm, in the section of the machining centers. In addition to the 3-axis function, we also have a 4-axis system that allows you to perform more difficult parts in a single grip.

In the turning service, our equipments allow us to execute parts up to a maximum of Ø 300 X 500, these machines are also equipped with rotating tool system that allows greater versatility in the manufacture of parts.
